A 3rd Party Review of Market America From Someone Who Didn't Join

If you're checking out this review, you're probably looking for some information on Market America. If you're thinking about joining Market America, I want to encourage you to read this review so you can make an informed decision about the company and their business opportunity.

Market America was started in the early 90's by founder J.R. Ridinger. It's headquarters is currently located in North Carolina. The company's provides a one-stop shopping website portal and offers an opportunity for people to shop online, from the comfort of their own home.

The company is growing exponentially and has been getting some attention in the media. They've been documented in Forbes magazine, People magazine, the Miami Herald, Entertainment Tonight and on CBS. But that's not all. The company numbers are pretty impressive also. According to their company overview, the company has over 100,000 distributors, 6 million customers and $3 billion in accumulated retail sales. In addition, the company operates in the US, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Australia. There are 600 employees globally. And, the company sponsors several Olympic athletes. And,it seems there is a relationship between the Ridingers and several celebrities who often perform at company conventions.

As far as their products go, Market America offers a one-stop shopping website that allows people to purchase products and services from over 1,000 partner stores. There also several nutritional and weight loss products that are created, developed and branded by the company. What is interesting to note, especially if you're looking to join, is that Market America branded products can not be found in any retail store. This exclusivity is good for distributors as they don't have to compete with the big retailers, like reps have to do from other nutritional network marketing companies.

As far as their business opportunity goes, Market America runs on a binary compensation model. While distributors can earn upfront retail profits, the core of the compensation plan revolves around building residual income by building a loyal customer base that purchases products on a consistent basis. In fact, on their website, it is clear that they are promoting a "2-5 year plan" for distributors to change their financial lives. In my opinion, this is a good message as they are clearly saying that building long-term residual income takes time.

In closing, Market America is definitely a credible company to get involved with. They have a good management team, quality products and a lucrative compensation plan. In addition, it looks like they have major goals of opening more markets, which means more opportunity for distributors.

But, Market America will not make you rich. Yes, you read that correctly. While the company itself is a great company with high quality products, all the company will do is give you a vehicle and opportunity. And honestly, that's all their supposed to do. At the end of the day, your success will depend on what you do, your ability to sponsor new people, sell products and build a productive organization. And in order to do all that, you need to be able to generate leads every day. If you can't generate leads, there is no way you will be able to build a sizable business. So, if you want to succeed with your Market America business, it's critical that you learn how to become a professional marketer so you can generate 25-50+ leads a day for your business.

My advice is that you use a self branding attraction marketing system that will allow you to generate an endless flow of leads. If you can combine a powerful lead generation system with Market America's business opportunity, you can potentially be on your way to building a prosperous business for yourself.

Jaime Soriano wrote this Market America Review for people looking into the Market America's opportunity. Sadly, most Market America reps will never achieve the success they want because they lack the marketing skills needed to sponsor 10-20 reps a month.
