Since the founding of our nation, the United States of America was considered a Christian nation. America sent out more missionaries than any other nation. America gave to other nations more than any other nation. More Christians were being born in other nations and Christianity continued to evolve in other countries. But as every empire goes into a period of complacency, today America is plagued with various social evils that undermine our values and standing as a Christian Nation.
Marriage was once a sacred covenant between male and female. It was never meant to be broken except under the principles described in the bible, which is the true Word of God. Today, America has diluted the very nature and laws of God, in to believing that anything goes in marriage. More couples live separated and more children are deprived of living in a Christian home. Christian values are being considered as rituals and extremely right-winged.
Babies born today are aborted more than ever. Their right to exist is continuously denied and organizations are funded by the federal government to kill babies. Racial discrimination continues in different segments of our society. God never gave babies to be killed. Yet America continues to use the advancement of technology to kill the babies that God wants to bring to change the world.
Theory of relativism is being taught in schools. Kids are taught to believe in anything as true. Hence what is true for one can be false to another. Darwinism continues dominate the young minds and depraves the hearts of young people from knowing the one true God, Jesus, who created them and died for them. Hence more and more young children are lost and devoid of the truth.
America continues to trust in Military and in wealth to save itself. It has gone far to think that it can survive on its own. Everyday some people are continuing to remove the symbols of Christianity. Crosses are being removed from war memorials. Ten Commandments are being removed from Schools. The very phrase 'In God we trust' is being targeted to be removed from the currency notes. Atheism is considered the norm of the day and sexual immorality is being considered as the advancement in culture.
Politicians have stopped looking unto the prophets of God. Christianity is considered outdated to some of the incumbent leaders of our country. The need for God is becoming obsolescent. While God continues to wait for the people to get saved, we are continuously drifting away from God.
More and more mosques and temples of Polytheistic Gods are being built. The foundation of freedom is to worship the true God. But today it is being used to worship any man-made God. While America continues to dwindle, the nations around the world are accepting the gospel. South Korea is emerging as a Christian nation. More Christians are being born in China and Brazil.
I believe God is continuing to touch the nation of America, even though America is drifting away from the principles of the Word of God. God is still speaking and raising leaders to touch the nation of America. No military power can raise a nation. Only righteousness in God can raise America to continue to be the leader in the World.
May America rise to worship God and fall into the hands of its Creator.
