AtHome America Review - Is AtHome America Legit?

I recently came across AtHome America, and wanted to prepare some research for this AtHome America review. With this information, you will be able to determine for yourself if AtHome America is a good fit for you as your home based business. Let's begin my AtHome America review.

Previously known as The Country Peddlers and Company of America, AtHome America was founded by two sisters, Lisa Brandau and Becky Wright. These two sisters always possessed a passion for home-decorating accessories, and found themselves frequently traveling to country stores to search for these products. They began thinking that if they were traveling all over to find these accessories, how many others were too? This led to the foundation of The Country Peddlers in 1982. They opened their very first store, and very shortly thereafter, opened up a second and third store.

A couple of years later, they expanded their business into the direct selling industry, offering home based business opportunities to others. This would address the needs of customers who were still unable to travel to their stores, by offering their products conveniently in their homes. This new way of conducting business began to take off, and in 1991, Becky and Lisa decided to sell their stores, and focus exclusively on the direct selling aspect of their business. Jumping ahead to 2002, their company was renamed to the popular 'AtHome America.'

The AtHome America product line has expanded immensely over the years, and today they offer products related to decorations and accents, candles and accessories, serving and entertainment, tabletop items, organization and storage products, and seasonal products to name a very few. AtHome truly has something for everyone.

To begin your AtHome business, you will need to purchase your Start-Up-Kit. AtHome America is currently offering this kit for $1. This will provide you with enough products and samples to share with your potential customers, and to assist you in achieving a great start in your new business.

To achieve sales, and to build your business, you will conduct Homeshows (home parties). AtHome America will reward your willing hostesses with free product credits and discounts that are dependent upon the sales that you generate in their home. You will offer this unique selling point to your friends and family when you contact them to schedule a Homeshow at their residence.

As you achieve sales, and acquire customers, you will earn retail profits on all products that you sell. As you begin to build your organization through your recruiting efforts, you will benefit from the production of your downline Specialists (distributors). This will give you that ever needed residual income when you train Specialists in your business to achieve success in their businesses.

In my opinion, AtHome America is a very legitimate company. Their product line is tremendous, and they offer something for nearly anyone. Your friends and family members will have a great time as they are shopping for items to decorate and furnish their homes. If you have a desire to build a business of this nature, AtHome America offers many rewards and potential.

As always, I wish you success in your search for a rewarding home based business for you and your family.
